About Bernardsville School of Music
The Bernardsville School of Music has been providing quality private instrumental instruction for our community since 1998.
Since being founded by director Scott Boutsikaris,the school has experienced great success due to our proven effective combination of modern and traditional teaching techniques.Among some of the more important philosophies is that individuals will master necessary skills significantly faster and more enjoyably if lessons are supplemented with material that includes songs or pieces from musical genres which are familiar and pleasing to the student. In other words,the students learn what they want,while obtaining what they need to know.
We also realize that regardless of the age or level of a student, everyone learns differently so each student's lessons are created to be a custom fit for their personal style of learning rather than other generic methods.
